La temp\u00e9rature mesur\u00e9e est transmise au r\u00e9gulateur. Le logiciel du r\u00e9gulateur \u00e9value la temp\u00e9rature et r\u00e9ajuste la puissance du convertisseur si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p>Un avantage particulier du pyrom\u00e8tre est que le syst\u00e8me de chauffage inductif peut fonctionner de mani\u00e8re autonome, et ce, sans que la commande du syst\u00e8me ne doive prendre en charge la surveillance de la temp\u00e9rature. Le pyrom\u00e8tre d\u00e9tecte cette \u00e9mission de chaleur qui est ensuite restitu\u00e9e sous forme de valeur de temp\u00e9rature num\u00e9ris\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Les principes physiques sont bas\u00e9s sur le spectre \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique du rayonnement infrarouge pour les mat\u00e9riaux m\u00e9talliques dans les applications de chauffage par induction. La pratique a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que les bandes spectrales des pyrom\u00e8tres d&rsquo;environ 0,5 \u00e0 2,8 \u00b5m sont utilis\u00e9es car les mat\u00e9riaux m\u00e9talliques poss\u00e8dent une valeur d&rsquo;\u00e9missivit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e pour les longueurs d&rsquo;onde courtes dans le proche infrarouge.<\/p>\n<p>La loi de d\u00e9placement de Wien d\u00e9crit, quant \u00e0 elle, les intensit\u00e9s de rayonnement et les d\u00e9pendances vis-\u00e0-vis de la temp\u00e9rature. Plus la temp\u00e9rature mesur\u00e9e est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus la longueur d&rsquo;onde des bandes spectrales choisies du pyrom\u00e8tre est courte.<\/p>\n<p>GParall\u00e8lement, la loi de rayonnement de Kirchhoff d\u00e9finit que, dans le cas d&rsquo;objets r\u00e9els, les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des mat\u00e9riaux sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9es par la r\u00e9flexion, l&rsquo;absorption et la transmission. Une certaine proportion du rayonnement produit est r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie sur les surfaces claires et lisses. Pour les m\u00e9taux, la valeur z\u00e9ro peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 la transmission, car la mesure pyrom\u00e9trique de la temp\u00e9rature s&rsquo;effectue g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 la surface de la pi\u00e8ce pour les m\u00e9taux \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat solide.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ee24d8c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ee24d8c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En substance, la loi de Planck sur le rayonnement est caract\u00e9ristique de la mesure de temp\u00e9rature sans contact. Elle d\u00e9crit la puissance du rayonnement d&rsquo;un \u00e9metteur noir en fonction de la temp\u00e9rature et de la longueur d&rsquo;onde. Lors de la d\u00e9termination de la temp\u00e9rature r\u00e9elle et de l&rsquo;\u00e9missivit\u00e9, une mesure comparative est effectu\u00e9e avec un instrument de mesure de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la d\u00e9termination de la temp\u00e9rature, dans l&rsquo;id\u00e9al au m\u00eame point de mesure. Lors de la mesure pyrom\u00e9trique comparative, on utilise un vernis thermique afin d&rsquo;augmenter la valeur d&rsquo;\u00e9missivit\u00e9.
