Diff\u00e9rents degr\u00e9s de chauffage sont possibles et le fait de pouvoir doser la puissance en continu garantit un respect tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis des temp\u00e9ratures prescrites.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019un des avantages par rapport au revenu dans un four traditionnel pour les pi\u00e8ces moins complexes est l\u2019obtention de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation relative de la temp\u00e9rature de revenu et \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction de sa dur\u00e9e. Pour le recuit, l\u2019induction permet une grande largeur de recuit et entra\u00eene une baisse progressive de la temp\u00e9rature, ce qui r\u00e9duit significativement la contrainte de flexion.<\/p>\n<p>Pour tous les traitements thermiques, le chauffage inductif est un processus programmable et donc reproductible, qui s\u2019int\u00e8gre bien dans les processus de fabrication automatis\u00e9s. Par rapport aux fours de traitement thermique conventionnels, les syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 induction prennent relativement peu de place et assurent, outre des conditions de travail agr\u00e9ables, une plus grande s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du travail.
