En este caso, el calentamiento inductivo permite ajustar con precisi\u00f3n las frecuencias mediante las cuales se puede seleccionar la profundidad de penetraci\u00f3n exacta, lo que hace que el proceso de temple sea muy flexible.<\/p>\n<p>Los tiempos de calentamiento muy breves tambi\u00e9n reducen en gran medida las incrustaciones y la distorsi\u00f3n de las piezas y consiguen una alta resistencia a la abrasi\u00f3n y a la fatiga.<\/p>\n<p>De esta forma, el calentamiento selectivo de una o varias secciones limitadas de la superficie total se concentra en las zonas que realmente deben templarse. Son posibles diferentes grados de calentamiento y la dosificaci\u00f3n continua de la potencia garantiza un cumplimiento muy preciso de las temperaturas prescritas.<\/p>\n<p>Una de las ventajas con respecto al revenido en un horno convencional para las piezas menos complejas es que se obtienen mejores resultados gracias al aumento relativo de la temperatura de revenido con un tiempo de revenido m\u00e1s breve. Durante el recocido, la inducci\u00f3n permite un amplio rango de recocido y conduce a un moderado descenso de la temperatura, lo que reduce significativamente la tensi\u00f3n de flexi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Para todos los tratamientos t\u00e9rmicos, el calentamiento inductivo es un proceso programable y, por tanto, reproducible, que puede integrarse f\u00e1cilmente en los procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n automatizados. En comparaci\u00f3n con los hornos de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico convencionales, los equipos de calentamiento por inducci\u00f3n requieren relativamente poco espacio y, adem\u00e1s de unas condiciones de trabajo agradables, tambi\u00e9n garantizan una mayor seguridad laboral. el tratamiento t\u00e9rmico con calentamiento inductivo se distingue entre temple, revenido, bonificado y recocido. Estos diferentes procesos de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico modifican las propiedades metal\u00fargicas de la pieza en el sentido requerido.<\/p>\n<p>Con el temple, el material tendr\u00e1 una mayor dureza despu\u00e9s del tratamiento t\u00e9rmico que antes, lo que aumenta la resistencia al desgaste de los componentes sometidos a grandes esfuerzos. El temple es una combinaci\u00f3n de calentamiento seguida inmediatamente de enfriamiento. El enfriamiento puede realizarse con agua, mezclas de agua y aditivos qu\u00edmicos, aceites especiales o incluso solo con aire. Dependiendo del \u00e1rea de aplicaci\u00f3n de los componentes, el temple solo tiene lugar en determinadas profundidades de penetraci\u00f3n del material o incluso en todo el mismo.<\/p>\n<p>Con la ayuda del calentamiento inductivo, se puede influir activamente en la profundidad de penetraci\u00f3n del calor inducido dentro de la pieza seleccionando una frecuencia adecuada, lo que representa un alto grado de flexibilidad para el tratamiento t\u00e9rmico. Otra ventaja del calentamiento por inducci\u00f3n es la uniformidad reproducible del proceso de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico y sus resultados metal\u00fargicos.<\/p>\n<p>Los procesos de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico de revenido, bonificado y recocido se diferencian del temple en que solo hay un proceso de calentamiento y no hay un enfriamiento posterior.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-4b889f8\" data-id=\"4b889f8\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4460392 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4460392\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El revenido consiste en reducir las tensiones del temple. Se reduce la fragilidad de la estructura templada y se mejora su resistencia. El calentamiento inductivo permite temperaturas de revenido de hasta 650 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el recocido, se eliminan estructuras gruesas e irregulares (normalizado) o tensiones internas, por ejemplo, en el caso de que se eliminen costuras de soldadura en tuber\u00edas o recipientes (recocido intermedio). El recocido de ablandamiento, por otro lado, logra un estado blando a trav\u00e9s de la inducci\u00f3n para hacer que la pieza de trabajo sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de mecanizar o moldear. De esta forma se pueden tratar t\u00e9rmicamente tuber\u00edas y recipientes que solo pueden ser recocidos parcialmente o que no pueden introducirse en un horno debido a su tama\u00f1o.
