Una vez que se ha entrenado el algoritmo, se pueden activar los \u00edndices de referencia. A partir del momento en que se ha actualizado el sistema con Smart Upgrade, el convertidor de frecuencia realizar\u00e1 un seguimiento independiente de todos los valores actuales durante el proceso de calentamiento y dejar\u00e1 de calentar si se produce un error. Por tanto, se reducen al m\u00ednimo las tasas de rechazo y error.<\/p><p>Con Smart Upgrade, tambi\u00e9n es posible monitorizar procesos muy r\u00e1pidos de calentamiento inductivo, dependiendo del dispositivo. La soluci\u00f3n ya se est\u00e1 utilizando con \u00e9xito hoy en d\u00eda para tiempos de calentamiento de menos de 100 ms con un control de piezas total. Para ello utilizamos todas las posibilidades de evaluaci\u00f3n de curvas mediante un sistema de control r\u00e1pido con tiempos de ciclo de 1 ms.
